Design panel manufacturing method using waste glass aggregate
The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a design panel including glass aggregate using waste glass and fluorescent stone to maximize the aesthetic effect of the design panel. More specifically, the method comprises the steps of: 1) inserting, into a mold (30), a pattern film (50) made of delaying ink and a base sheet (40) in which a through hole (40a) is perforated; 2) inserting fluorescent stone (F-S) into the through hole (40a); 3) pouring a concrete composition including glass aggregate (G-A) into the mold (30), and then curing the concrete composition together with the fluorescent stone to obtain a concrete panel (20) to which the base sheet is fixed; and 4) obtaining, through water spraying, a design panel (10) on which the fluorescent stone and a pattern part (60), from which the pattern film is peeled off so that the concrete panel (20) and the glass aggregate are exposed to the surface, are exposed to the surface. The concrete composition is obtained by mixing, with respect to 120 parts by weight of glass aggregate, 0.6 parts by weight of a nylon fiber reinforcement agent, 40 parts by weight of white cement, 0.3 parts by weight of silica fume, 0.5 parts by weight of metakaolin, 0.25 parts by weight of admixture, 0.3 parts by weight of polypropylene fiber, 0.4 parts by weight of an AE water reducing agent, 0.4 parts by weight of silica sol, 18 parts by weight of water, 5 parts by weight of wollastonite, and 4 parts by weight of a pigment, and the height of the fluorescent stone is formed to be smaller than the height of the mold into which the concrete composition is poured.
본 발명은 디자인패널의 심미감 효과를 극대화하기 위해 폐유리 및 형광석을 이용한 유리골재가 포함된 디자인패널의 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 1)지연잉크를 재료로 하는 문양필름(50)과 관통공(40a)이 천공 형성된 베이스시트(40)를 성형틀(30)에 삽입하는 단계와, 2)상기 관통공(40a)에 형광석(F-S)을 삽입하는 단계와, 3)상기 성형틀(30)에 유리골재(G-A)가 포함된 콘크리트 조성물을 타설 후, 상기 형광석과 함께 경화시켜 상기 베이스시트가 고착된 콘크리트패널(20)을 획득하는 단계 및 4)물분사를 통해 콘크리트패널(20)과 유리골재가 표면으로 노출되게 상기 문양필름이 박리된 문양부(60)와 상기 형광석이 표면으로 노출된 디자인패널(10)을 획득하는 단계를 포함하되, 상기 콘크리트 조성물은 유리골재 120 중량부에 대하여, 나일론 섬유보강제 0.6 중량부, 백색시멘트 40 중량부, 실리카흄 0.3 중량부, 메타카올린 0.5 중량부, 혼화제 0.25 중량부, 폴리프로필렌섬유 0.3 중량부, AE 감수제 0.4 중량부, 실리카졸 0.4 중량부, 물 18 중량부, 규회석 5 중량부, 안료 4 중량부가 혼합되며, 상기 형광석의 높이는 상기 콘크리트 조성물이 타설되는 상기 성형틀의 높이보다 더 작게 형성되는 것을 특징으로 한다.
