PREFORM INFILTRATION TREATMENT SYSTEM AND METHOD THEREOF
An embodiment of the present invention is to provide an apparatus and a method for treating preform impregnation, which can integrally heat-treating a subsequent heat treatment process of a preform having a complicated structure using spherical oxide particles as a raw material in one apparatus. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the apparatus for treating preform infiltration comprises: a main body having a guide unit elongated along a preset first direction from an inner center to guide movement of a corresponding crucible; a plurality of heat treatment units having different heating temperatures along the first direction around the guide unit; and an impregnation treatment unit for treating dry, pre-heat treatment, and infiltration of the preform supplied into the guide unit.
본 발명의 한 실시예는 구형 산화물 입자를 원료로 복잡한 구조를 갖는 프리폼의 후속 열처리과정을 하나의 장치에서 통합형으로 열처리할 수 있는 프리폼 함침 처리장치 및 방법을 제공하기 위한 것이다. 본 발명의 한 실시예에 따른 프리폼 함침 처리장치는 내부 중심에서 미리 설정된 제1 방향을 따라 길게 구비되어 해당되는 도가니의 이동을 안내하는 가이드부를 갖는 본체, 가이드부 주변에서 제1 방향을 따라 서로 다른 히팅온도를 갖고 복수로 구비되는 열처리부, 그리고 가이드부 내부로 공급되는 프리폼의 건조, 사전 열처리, 그리고 함침을 처리하는 함침 처리부를 포함한다.
