ULTRA-FINE POWDERED SUPER-FAST HARDENING CEMENT CONCRETE COMPOSITION AND THE CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR ROAD PAVEMENT USING THE SAME
The present invention relates to an ultra-fast hardening cement concrete composition made of ultra-fine powder that can be used for repair work on road concrete structures or facility construction. The cement concrete composition of the present invention comprises: powder cement pulverized into fine particles; particle size-adjusted silica sand; alumina cement; a fast hardening agent; a filler; a polymer performance improver; a strength enhancer; a dispersant; a latent heat material; and a strength reinforcement material. A road paving method using the cement concrete composition of the present invention comprises: a surface cutting step of crushing with a road cutter or chipping machine to create irregularities on the deteriorated parts of sides and bottom of the road concrete; a removal step of removing damaged, deteriorated or weak parts of the road concrete; a cleaning and drying step of additionally removing debris and waste concrete generated after crushing, cleaning foreign substances with a high-pressure water cleaner, and drying the road surface; a mortar production step of mixing the cement concrete composition of the present invention, water, latex, fine aggregate, and coarse aggregate and mixing the same for a predetermined time to produce mortar for road paving; a pouring step of applying an adhesive to the road surface and pouring the mortar for road paving; and a curing step of evenly applying an oil-based film curing agent on the poured road surface, spraying water, and drying the same for a predetermined period of time.
본 발명의 시멘트콘크리트 조성물은 미립자로 분쇄된 분말 시멘트, 입도 조정 규사, 알루미나시멘트, 속경화제, 충진제, 폴리머 성능 개선제, 강도 강화제, 분산제, 잠열재, 강도 보강재를 포함하고, 본 발명의 시멘트콘크리트 조성물을 이용한 도로 포장 공법은 도로 콘크리트의 측부 및 하부의 열화된 부분에 요철이 발생하도록 노면 절삭기 또는 치핑기로 파쇄하는 표면절삭단계, 도로 콘크리트의 손상 및 열화된 부분 또는 연약부위를 제거하는 제거단계, 파쇄 후 발생하는 버럭 및 폐콘크리트를 추가 제거하고 고압수세정기로 이물질을 청소하고 도로 표면을 건조하는 세정 및 건조단계, 본 발명의 시멘트콘크리트 조성물과, 물, 라텍스, 잔골재, 굵은골재를 혼합하고 소정의 시간동안 믹싱하여 도로 포장용 모르타르를 제조하는 모르타르 생성단계, 도로 표면에 접착제를 도포하고 도로 포장용 모르타르를 타설하는 타설단계, 및 타설된 도로 표면 위에 유성 피막양생제를 균등하게 도포하고 물을 분무하여 소정의 시간동안 건조하는 양생단계를 포함한다.

The present invention relates to an ultra-fast hardening cement concrete composition made of ultra-fine powder that can be used for repair work on road concrete structures or facility construction.
