The present invention relates to a system for producing a shock-absorbing pad with excellent drainage, which comprises: a foam roll mat preparation unit for making foam from a composition obtained by combining a foaming agent, a cross-linking agent, a pigment, and an additive with a mixed resin polymer to prepare a foam roll mat; a molding and cutting unit for forming rhombic projection units and drain units on the surface of the foam roll mat prepared by the foam roll mat preparation unit to prepare a shock-absorbing pad; and a cutting and packaging unit for cutting the shock-absorbing pad prepared by the molding and cutting unit by predetermined length and packaging the cut shock-absorbing pad. The present invention relates to a method for producing a shock-absorbing pad with excellent drainage, which comprises: a step of preparing a composition by preparing a mixed resin polymer with a foaming agent, a cross-linking agent, a pigment, and an additive; a step of mixing the composition to prepare a foam roll mat; a molding and cutting step of forming rhombic projection units and drain units on the surface of the foam roll mat prepared in the previous step; and a step of cutting the shock-absorbing pad completed in the previous step by predetermined length to package the cut mats by overlapping several pads or rolling the pad. Accordingly, the shock-absorbing pad according to the present invention maintains shock absorption against vertical load, has left and right diagonal drains and horizontal drains to increase water storage volume within the pad, and induces quick vertical drainage, thereby allowing moisture to properly remain on the surface of an artificial turf stadium to increase an available time.
