A COVER OF THE UTILITY-PIPE CONDUIT AND THE MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a utility-pipe conduit cover and a manufacturing method thereof. The method comprises: a cover forming member insertion step of inserting a cover forming member into a molding space of a formwork body in which a molding space is formed, wherein the molding space is in the form of a utility-pipe conduit cover, and consists of a bottom part and a side part provided on an upper part of the bottom part to form a square wall body to have a handle molding part on the inside; a reinforcement member placing step of placing a reinforcing member on top of the cover forming member introduced into the molding space; a pressing step of downwardly pressing the cover forming member introduced into the molding space with a pressurizing unit; a drying step of releasing the pressure applied in the pressing step and drying. The purpose of the present invention is to have improved strength and durability by providing a reinforcing member at the center in the thickness direction of the utility-pipe conduit cover.
본 발명은 바닥부와 바닥부 상부에 구비되어 사각형 벽체를 형성하는 측면부로 이루어져 내측에 손잡이성형부를 가지는 공동구 덮개 형태의 성형공간이 형성된 거푸집본체의 성형공간에 덮개형성부재를 투입하는 단계(덮개형성부재 투입단계)와, 성형공간에 투입된 덮개형성부재의 상부에 보강부재를 놓는 단계(보강부재 적치단계)와, 성형공간에 투입된 덮개형성부재를 가압부로 하향 가압하는 단계(가압단계)와, 상기 가압단계에서 부여된 가압을 해제하고 건조하는 단계(건조단계)를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 공동구 덮개 및 그 제조 방법에 관한 것이다.
