SUCTION RESIDEUAL CONCRETE RECOVERY DEVICE
The present invention relates to a suction residual concrete retrieval device, which is characterized by comprising: a pump vehicle comprising a first vehicle body, a hopper installed at the rear side of the first vehicle body such that residual concrete may be filled therein, and a valve member installed at the hopper; and a retrieval vehicle comprising a second vehicle body, an accommodating tank installed at the rear side of the vehicle body to accommodate concrete, and a retrieval pump sucking residual concrete of the hopper to discharge the same to the accommodating tank. According to the present invention, the concrete of the hopper, in which residual concrete is filled by means of the valve member provided at the pump vehicle, may be easily discharged. The residual concrete discharged from the hopper may be easily retrieved by means of the retrieval pump provided at the retrieval vehicle.
본 발명은 흡입식 잔류 콘크리트 회수장치에 관한 것이다. 더욱 상세하게는, 제1차량본체, 상기 제1차량본체의 후방에 설치되어 잔류 콘크리트가 충진되는 호퍼 및 상기 호퍼에 설치되는 밸브부재가 포함되는 펌프차; 제2차량본체, 상기 차량본체의 후방에 설치되어 콘크리트가 수용되는 수용탱크 및 상기 호퍼의 잔류 콘크리트를 흡입하여 상기 수용탱크로 토출시키도록 구성되는 회수펌프가 포함되는 회수차가 포함되는 것을 특징으로 한다. 본 발명에 의하면, 펌프차에 구비되는 밸브부재를 통해 잔류 콘크리트가 충진되는 호퍼의 콘크리트를 용이하게 토출시키도록 구성되고, 회수차에 구비되는 회수펌프를 통해 호퍼에서 토출되는 잔류 콘크리트를 용이하게 회수할 수 있도록 구성되는 효과가 있다.
