According to the present invention, a method of constructing finishing panels for finishing an exterior wall of a building comprises: a finishing panel preparing step of preparing finishing panels to be fixedly installed on an exterior wall of a building; a fixing member installation step of installing fixing members to the exterior wall of a building, wherein the plurality of fixing members are vertically installed to be spaced apart from each other by the length of the finishing panels in a vertical direction; a finishing panel arrangement step of arranging the finishing panels between the fixing members; and a finishing panel fixing step of fixing the finishing panels vertically arranged in the finishing panel arrangement step with a fixing pin penetrating the fixing members. The finishing panel preparing step comprises: an insulation plate arrangement step of arranging an insulation plate including one surface facing the exterior wall of a building to block heat; a first frame placement step of placing a first frame on an upper portion of the insulation plate so that an insertion groove is arranged in an upper surface of the insulation plate; a second frame placement step of placing a second frame on a lower portion of the insulation plate so that the insertion groove is arranged in a lower surface of the insulation plate; and a finishing plate placement step of placing finishing plates on outer surfaces of the insulation plate and the first and second frames. The fixing pin is inserted into insertion grooves formed in the first frame and the second frame facing each other in a vertical direction to fix the finishing panels arranged at the top and bottom of the fixing member. Therefore, according to the method of constructing finishing panels for finishing an exterior wall of a building, a finishing plate of a first finishing panel can insulate a space between the first finishing panel and the other first finishing panel installed in a vertical direction.
