The present invention relates to a construction method of an exterior panel of a building and, more specifically, to a construction method of an exterior panel of a building to efficiently construct decorative ceramic tiles. The construction method of an exterior panel of a building comprises: a step (s100) of preparing exterior tiles (100) including a design and coloring; a step (s200) of preparing a base sheet (200) allowing the exterior tiles (100) to be attached thereto and cut to correspond to an outer wall of a building to be constructed; a step (s300) of attaching the exterior tiles (100) to the base sheet (200) by using an adhesive; a step (s400) of coating an adhesive on a corresponding position of the base sheet (200) of the outer wall of the building to be constructed; a step (s500) of towing the base sheet (200) to the corresponding position of the outer wall of the building by a crane; and a step (s600) of installing the base sheet (200) on the corresponding position of the outer wall of the building.
