MOLD FORM FOR CONSTRUCTION
The present invention provides a form which forms a plurality of forms connected by connection pins to cure concrete when constructing a building. An objective of the present invention is to provide a form for construction which can be easily separated from concrete without using a release agent. The form comprises: a frame unit formed in a rectangular frame shape to provide a fastening portion of the connection pins, connected to a different form, and made of a metallic material; a panel unit separably fixed in the form of shielding the rectangular frame of the frame unit to provide a forming surface of a form, and consisting of a plurality of synthetic resin material panels having the same area; and a noise prevention cover coupled to the frame unit to cover at least a portion of the outer surface of the frame unit, and made of a synthetic resin material to suppress noise generation by friction with the different form while protecting the surface of the frame unit. While the plurality of synthetic resin material panels of the panel unit are coupled to the frame unit while the plurality of synthetic resin material panels are separably stacked on each other, the outermost panel stacked on the outermost side among the plurality of synthetic resin material panels forms the forming surface of a form. While the plurality of synthetic resin material panels are separated from the frame unit, the stacking position of the outermost panel can be allowed to be replaced or reversed.
복수를 이루면서 연결핀에 의해 연결되어 건물의 시공 시 콘크리트 양생을 위한 거푸집을 형성하는 거푸집폼을 제시하며, 사각틀 형태로 형성되어 상기 연결핀의 체결부위를 제공하면서 또 다른 거푸집폼과 연결되며, 금속재로 제작되는 프레임유닛; 상기 프레임유닛의 사각틀을 차폐하는 형태로 분리 가능하게 고정되어 거푸집의 성형면을 제공하며, 동일한 면적을 갖는 복수 개의 합성수지재 패널로 구성되는 패널유닛; 및 상기 프레임유닛에 결합되어 상기 프레임유닛의 외곽 표면의 적어도 일부분을 커버하며, 합성수지재로 제작되어 상기 프레임유닛의 표면을 보호하면서 상기 또 다른 거푸집폼과의 마찰에 의한 소음발생을 억제시키는 소음방지커버를 포함하되, 상기 패널유닛은, 상기 복수 개의 합성수지재 패널이 서로 분리 가능하게 적층된 상태로 상기 프레임유닛에 결합되면서 복수 개의 합성수지재 패널 중 최외곽에 적층된 최외곽패널이 거푸집의 성형면을 이루며, 상기 프레임유닛에서 분리되면서 상기 최외곽패널의 적층위치 교체 또는 뒤집힘을 허용할 수 있다.
