To provide a sheet for a concrete mold form capable of obtaining concrete installed as a better quality without pinhole, irregularity, etc. and a mold form using the same.SOLUTION: A laminate sheet 10 for a concrete mold form laminated with a front layer 10a abutting on concrete installed and a rear layer 10b as a discharge layer is provided and the front layer is a non-woven cloth sheet consisting only of a core sheath type fiber with a hydrophilic treatment applied. In addition, preferably the front layer consists of a plurality of non-woven sheets formed only of the core sheath type fiber and the rear layer is a non-woven cloth having an OH group or a sheet blended with a non-woven cloth having an OH group in the core sheath type fiber.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】打設コンクリートを、ピンホール、アバタ等の無い優れたものとし得るコンクリート型枠用シート及びそれを用いた型枠を提供する。【解決手段】打設コンクリートに当接する表層１０ａと、排水層としての裏層１０ｂとが積層されたコンクリート型枠用積層シート１０であって、前記表層は、親水処理が施された芯鞘型繊維のみで構成された不織布シート。また、表層は、芯鞘型繊維のみで構成された複数枚の不織布シートからなるもの、裏層は、ＯＨ基を有する不織布や、芯鞘型繊維にＯＨ基を有する不織布を混紡したシートであることが望ましい。【選択図】図１
