The present invention relates to a method for manufacturing a recycled polyester multifilament plied yarn insect screen. According to the present invention, a polyester fiber which has been commercialized and used is collected again, washed and melted. After a recycled fiber raw material is prepared, the same is put into an extruder. The recycled fiber raw material is melt-extruded to form a recycled polyester multifilament. The recycled polyester multifilament is combined and twisted to a certain fineness. A recycled polyester multifilament piled yarn is manufactured. A mange paper is manufactured using the recycled polyester multifilament plied yarn as a warp yarn and a weft yarn. An acrylic resin is coated on the surface of a mesh to stabilize a tissue. An objective of the present invention is to solve an environmental problem and an economic problem.
본 발명은 제품화되어 사용한 폴리에스텔섬유를 다시 수집하여 세척하고 용융하여, 재생섬유 원료를 준비하고, 이를 압출기에 넣고, 용융압출하여 재생폴리에스텔 멀티필라멘트를 형성하고, 재생폴리에스텔 멀티필라멘트를 일정섬도로 합체하고 연사하여, 재생폴리에스텔 멀티필라멘트합연사를 제조하고, 재생폴리에스텔 멀티필라멘트합연사를 경사와 위사로 하는 망지를 제조하고, 망지 표면에 아크릴수지를 코팅하여 조직을 안정시킨 재생폴리에스텔 멀티필라멘트합연사 방충망 제조방법이다.
