Fabrics made of filament yarn for Insect screen
The present invention relates to an insect screen fabric made of a filament yarn, wherein a net fabric woven from a warp yarn and weft yarn made by plaiting a plurality of filament yarns (F) consisting of the insect screen fabric is heated to melt the filament yarn of each of the warp yarn and the weft yarn plaited by the plurality of filament yarns (F). The warp yarn and the weft yarn for formed as a monofilament to melt and bond a contact portion of the warp yarn and the weft yarn for the shape of a net shape to be kept by bonding of the warp yarn and the weft yarn by a bonding unit. Therefore, distortion of the weft yarn and the warp yarn can be prevented to keep the shape even when the insect screen fabric is moved, laminated, and installed.
본 발명은 방충망원단을 구성하는 필라민트사(F)를 합사하여 만든 경사 및 위사로 제직한 네트직물을 열처리하여 다수개의 필라민트사(F)로 합사된 경사와 위사 각각의 필라민트사를 용융하여 경사를 모노사, 위사를 모노사로 형성하여 경사와 위사의 접촉된 부분을 용융접착시켜 경사와 위사의 접착부에 의한 접착으로 망형태의 형상을 유지시켜 위사와 경사의 틀어짐을 방지하여 방충망원단의 이동, 적층, 설치시에도 그 형태를 유지할 수 있도록 하는 필라민트사로 제직한 방충망원단에 관한 것이다
