Road permeation method using permeable top foundation
The present invention relates to a road permeation method using a permeable top foundation, which can secure permeability by filling pebbles and sand in a drainage hole penetrating a subbase to be connected to the roadbed and bury the permeable top foundation manufactured by a dry construction method with sand, so that a weight concentrated in the drainage hole is supported by the top foundation, thereby preventing differential settlement and maintaining an original shape of the drainage hole. To this end, a plurality of drainage holes connected to the roadbed are provided vertically and horizontally in the subbase. The permeable top foundation buried with sand is provided in each drainage hole. Each top foundation is injected into a form board as cement and aggregate are mixed by a drying method, and is provided with permeability in a vibrating compaction process. Each top foundation is conically formed to guide rainwater to flow into the roadbed from the subbase and provide support for a concentration of weight.
본 발명은 보조기층을 관통하여 노반으로 연결되는 배수구멍에 자갈과 모래를 채워서 투수성이 확보되도록 하되 건식공법으로 제작된 투수성 팽이기초를 모래와 함께 매립함으로써, 상기 배수구멍에 집중되는 하중이 상기 팽이기초에서 지지되기 때문에 부등침하를 막고 상기 배수구멍의 원형을 유지할 수 있는 투수성 팽이기초를 이용한 도로 투수공법에 관한 것이다. 이를 위하여 본 발명은 보조기층에 노반으로 통하는 다수의 배수구멍이 종횡으로 구비되고; 각 상기 배수구멍에는 모래와 함께 매립되는 투수성 팽이기초가 구비되며; 각 상기 팽이기초는 시멘트와 골재가 건식으로 교반되어 형틀에 투입되고, 진동다짐 과정에서 투수성이 부여되며; 각 상기 팽이기초는 원뿔형으로 구성되어서 빗물이 보조기층에서 노반으로 흘러가게 유도하면서 집중하중에 대한 지지력을 갖는 특징이 있다.
