Semi-noncombustible sound absorbing insulation and its manufacturing method
The present invention relates to a semi-noncombustible sound-absorbing insulation material and a preparation method thereof, wherein the insulation material is made of eco-friendly materials using recycled polyester and used for the internal wall of a house and a vehicle. The insulation material is used as interior materials for a house or a vehicle, so the insulation material has non-combustibility, which is the property of not being burned by fire, semi-non-combustibility, which is the property of being similar to non-combustibility, and sound insulation that blocks the external transmission of sound and does not transmit the sound, and sound absorption that weakens and reflects the sound. Accordingly, flame-retardant polyester made by reprocessing by-products from PET production and PET recycling is mixed with a low melting point flame-retardant composite yarn to prepare the insulation material. Resources are recycled and eco-friendly materials are used to reduce costs and enhance quality without harmful elements to the human body. A plurality of webs having different fiber orientations are laminated to make a porous structure between fibers, thereby providing excellent sound absorption and sound insulation. The insulation material contains a laminate, an inorganic binder, and a surface material, but almost contains no flammable ingredients, so the material gives excellent non-combustibility and semi-non-combustibility.
본 발명은 주택과 차량의 내측벽에 재활용 폴리에스테르를 이용하여 친환경 재질로 구성하고, 주택의 내장재 또는 차량의 내장재로 사용하므로 불에 타지 아니하는 성질인 불연성과 불연성에 준하는 성질인 준불연성 및 소리의 외부 전달을 차단하여 투과시키지 않는 차음성, 그리고 소리를 약하게 하여 반사하는 흡음성을 갖춘 준불연 흡음 단열재 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로서, PET 생산 시 발생하는 부산물과 PET 재활용시 발생하는 부산물을 재가공한 난연 폴리에스테르와 저융점 난연 복합사를 혼합하여 제조하므로 자원의 재활용과 친환경적인 재료를 사용하여 비용절감과 인체 유해 요소가 없는 품질향상의 효과가 있고, 섬유 배향도가 다른 웹을 복수로 적층하여 제조하므로 섬유간의 다공질 구조로 인하여 흡음성 및 차음성이 우수한 효과가 있으며, 적층체와 무기질 바인더 및 표면재에 가연성 성분을 거의 함유하지 않아서 불연성과 준불연성 측면에서도 우수한 효과를 나타낸다.
