Overlapping semi-noncombustible insulation and manufacturing method thereof
An objective of the present invention is to provide a semi-incombustible heat insulating material with an overlap coupling method capable of enhancing flame retardancy and heat insulating properties of the heat insulating material, and a method for manufacturing the same. According to the present invention, the semi-incombustible heat insulating material with an overlap coupling method comprises: an insulation material having a flat surface forming a flat surface, a first coupling portion protruding from a partial edge of the flat surface and repeatedly arranging a plurality of bumps, and a second coupling portion protruding in the opposite direction from the other edge opposite to the first coupling portion and repeatedly arranging a plurality of bumps; and a flame retardant coating layer forming a layer by applying a flame retardant liquid to the surface of the insulation material to improve flame retardancy.
본 발명의 오버랩 결합방식 준불연성 단열재는 면을 평편하게 형성하는 평편면과, 상기 평편면의 일부 테두리에서 돌출되어 복수개의 요철을 반복적으로 배치하는 제1결합부와, 상기 제1결합부의 반대측 테두리에서 반대방향으로 돌출되어 복수개의 요철을 반복적으로 배치하는 제2결합부를 구비하는 단열재; 및 상기 단열재에 난연성을 향상시키기 위해 표면에 난연액을 도포하여 층을 형성하는 난연도막층;을 구비할 수 있다.
