Self supporting Precast Soundproof wall foundation and its construction method
The present invention relates to a freestanding precast soundproof wall foundation, which facilitates ease in construction and provides a solid structure. To this end, disclosed is the freestanding precast soundproof wall foundation, which comprises: a pile installed at the ground; a foundation block which is installed at the upper end of the pile, and has an accommodation groove formed to be downwardly opened such that the upper end of the pile may be arranged in the lower portion; and a filling material which is filled in the accommodating groove of the foundation block to couple the pile to the foundation block, wherein the accommodation groove of the foundation block is extended in a left-and-right direction such that two piles, which are arranged to be spaced apart from each other, may be accommodated. Furthermore, disclosed in the present invention is a freestanding precast soundproof wall foundation construction method, which comprises: a foundation block manufacturing step of manufacturing a foundation block by using a precast concrete method; a drilling step of forming a plurality of holes at the ground; a pile insertion step of inserting the pile into the hole; a hole filling step of filling the hole after the pile insertion step; a foundation block installation step of installing the foundation block such that the upper end of the pile may be arranged at the accommodation groove of the foundation block after the hole filling step; and a filling material injection step of injecting the filling material into the accommodating groove of the foundation block after the foundation block installation step.
본 발명은 시공이 용이하고 견고한 구조를 갖도록 한 자립형 프리캐스트 방음벽 기초에 관한 것으로서, 지반에 설치되는 파일; 상기 파일의 상단에 설치되고, 하부 내측에 파일의 상단이 배치될 수 있도록 하측으로 개방된 수용홈이 형성된 기초블록; 및 상기 기초블록의 수용홈에 충전되어 상기 파일과 기초블록을 결합시키는 충전재;를 포함하되, 상기 기초블록의 수용홈은 상호 이격되게 배치된 두 개의 파일이 수용될 수 있도록 좌우로 연장되게 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자립형 프리캐스트 방음벽 기초를 개시한다. 아울러, 본 발명은 프리캐스트 콘크리트 공법을 이용하여 상기 기초블록을 제작하는 기초블록제작단계; 지반에 다수의 구멍을 형성시키는 천공단계; 상기 구멍에 상기 파일을 삽입하는 파일삽입단계; 상기 파일삽입단계 후, 상기 구멍을 메우는 구멍메우기단계; 상기 구멍메우기단계 후, 상기 기초블록의 수용홈에 상기 파일의 상단이 배치되도록 기초블록을 설치하는 기초블록설치단계; 및 상기 기초블록설치단계 후, 상기 기초블록의 수용홈에 상기 충전재를 주입하는 충전재주입단계;를 포함하는 자립형 프리캐스트 방음벽 기초 시공방법을 개시한다.
