PRECAST FOUNDATION FOR SOUNDPROOF WALL WITH UPPER PRECAST GIDER AND PILE WITHOUT ENLARGED FOUNDATION AND CONSTRUCTION METHOD THEREFOR
The present invention relates to a precast foundation for a soundproof wall with an upper precast girder and a pile without an enlarged foundation and a construction method thereof, which can minimize ground bed excavation, and effectively resist a wind and a load by using various types of precast piles such as a concrete pile, a steel pipe pile, an in-site concrete pile, and an H-pile, and a column at the same time. Moreover, the precast foundation can be quickly constructed. The foundation for a soundproof wall comprises: a pile of which an upper portion is exposed to the ground; an upper precast girder of which one side of a girder body portion extends downwards to perform a role of vehicle protection and noise prevention; a mounting steel material extending to an insertion hole of the girder body portion from the pile to be mounted an upper mounting plate on an upper surface of the girder body portion; and a filling material filled in the insertion hole.
지반 터파기를 최소화시키고, 다양한 종류의 기성말뚝(콘크리트 말뚝, 강관말뚝, 현장 타설콘크리트 말뚝, H말뚝)을 말뚝과 기둥으로 동시에 사용하여 풍하중등에 효과적으로 저항할 수 있고, 신속한 시공이 가능한 확대 기초없이 말뚝과 상부 프리캐스트거더 만으로 구성된 방음벽 하부구조 및 그 시공방법에 관한 것으로서, 상기 방음벽 하부구조는 지반에 상부가 노출되도록 시공된 말뚝; 차량방호 및 소음차단 역할을 하도록 거더몸통부 일측이 하방 연장된 상부 프리캐스트 거더; 상기 말뚝으로부터 상기 거더몸통부의 삽입홀로 연장되어 거더몸통부 상면에서 상부정착플레이트에 정착된 정착강재; 및 상기 삽입홀에 충진된 충진재;를 포함한다.
