Hot dip Aluminized Traveling Band Screen Apparatus
A moving band screen device of the present invention is configured to filter out foreign substances from water taken in. The moving band screen device comprises: a support frame installed perpendicular to a water flow direction at the bottom of a waterway structure; a pair of roller guides fixed to both sides of the support frame; a transport chain inserted into the roller guide, guided to rotate, and having a plurality of rollers which make a rolling motion on the roller guide; a driving sprocket and a driven sprocket provided at upper and lower portions of the roller guide to rotate the transport chain; a plurality of screen baskets having both sides connected to the transport chain and moved up and down; a base frame installed on an upper surface of the waterway structure and having a bearing portion supporting a shaft of the driving sprocket; a spray unit mounted on the base frame and spraying water to remove foreign substances caught in the screen baskets; a driving unit which rotates the driving sprocket; and a frame housing mounted in front of the base frame in the water flow direction to support the driving unit and preventing foreign substances from being ejected by the spray unit. The support frame, the roller guides, and the plurality of screen baskets may be manufactured by coating a steel material with molten aluminum. According to the present invention, the frame and the screen baskets of the moving band screen device are coated with molten aluminum such that the resistance of the moving band screen device to corrosion can be dramatically increased even in the seawater environment.
본 발명의 이동밴드스크린장치는, 취수되는 물로부터 이물질을 걸러주는 이동밴드스크린장치에 있어서, 수로 구조물의 하부에 유수방향에 수직으로 설치되는 지지프레임; 상기 지지프레임의 양측면에 고정되는 한 쌍의 롤러가이드; 상기 롤러가이드에 삽입되어 회전하도록 안내되며 롤러가이드에 구름운동을 하는 복수의 롤러를 구비하는 이송체인; 상기 롤러가이드의 상부와 하부에 마련되어 상기 이송체인을 회전시키는 구동 스프로켓과 종동 스프로켓; 양측면이 상기 이송체인에 연결되어 상하로 이동되는 복수의 스크린바스켓; 상기 수로 구조물의 상면에 설치되고 상기 구동 스프로켓의 샤프트를 지지하는 베어링부를 구비하는 베이스프레임; 상기 베이스프레임에 장착되어 상기 스크린바스켓에 걸린 이물질을 떨어내기 위해 물을 분사하는 스프레이유닛; 상기 구동 스프로켓을 회전시키는 구동유닛; 및 상기 베이스프레임의 유수방향 전방에 장착되어 상기 구동유닛을 지지하고 상기 스프레이유닛에 의해 이물질이 튀어나가는 것을 막는 프레임하우징을 포함하고, 상기 지지프레임과 상기 롤러가이드와 상기 복수의 스크린바스켓은 강재에 용융알루미늄도금을 하여 제작될 수 있다.

A moving band screen device of the present invention is configured to filter out foreign substances from water taken in. The moving band screen device comprises: a support frame installed perpendicular to a water flow direction at the bottom of a waterway structure; a pair of roller guides fixed to both sides of the support frame; a transport chain inserted into the roller guide, guided to rotate, and having a plurality of rollers which make a rolling motion on the roller guide; a driving sprocket and a driven sprocket provided at upper and lower portions of the roller guide to rotate the transport chain; a plurality of screen baskets having both sides connected to the transport chain and moved up and down; a base frame installed on an upper surface of the waterway structure and having a bearing portion supporting a shaft of the driving sprocket; a spray unit mounted on the base frame and spraying water to remove foreign substances caught in the screen baskets; a driving unit which rotates the driving sprocket; and a frame housing mounted in front of the base frame in the water flow direction to support the driving unit and preventing foreign substances from being ejected by the spray unit. The support frame, the roller guides, and the plurality of screen baskets may be manufactured by coating a steel material with molten aluminum. According to the present invention, the frame and the screen baskets of the moving band screen device are coated with molten aluminum such that the resistance of the moving band screen device to corrosion can be dramatically increased even in the seawater environment.
