TRAVELING WATER SCREEN DEVICE
A rotating screen device of the present invention is a rotating screen device which filters debris from water intake, comprising: a pair of roller guides fixated at both side surfaces of a waterway; a chain guided to be rotated after being inserted into the roller guides, and having a plurality of rollers performing a rolling movement with respect to the roller guides; a driving sprocket and a driven sprocket disposed at an upper portion and a lower portion of the roller guides to rotate the chain; and a plurality of screen baskets having both side surfaces connected to the chain to be vertically moved. Here, the screen baskets comprise: a mesh unit filtering debris from flowing water; a frame unit surrounding the mesh unit; a front rail connected to an upper side of the frame unit; and a rear rail connected to a lower side of the frame unit, and further comprise a buffering member provided at the front rail of the screen basket to prevent the rear rail of another screen basket from coming in contact with the front rail thereof. Therefore, according to the rotating screen device of the present invention, the upper and lower frame units of the screen baskets are prevented from coming in contact, and thus generating noise and being worn out. Furthermore, a side surface coupling unit of the screen baskets or the roller guides are prevented from being broken due to abrasion when the screen baskets are tilted to one side during the operation of the rotating screen device.
본 발명의 회전스크린장치는, 취수되는 물로부터 이물질을 걸러주는 회전스크린장치에 있어서, 수로의 양측면에 고정되는 한 쌍의 롤러가이드; 상기 롤러가이드에 삽입되어 회전하도록 안내되며 롤러가이드에 구름운동을 하는 복수의 롤러를 구비하는 체인; 상기 롤러가이드의 상부와 하부에 마련되어 상기 체인을 회전시키는 구동 스프로켓과 종동 스프로켓; 및 양측면이 상기 체인에 연결되어 상하로 이동되는 복수의 스크린바스켓을 포함하고, 상기 스크린바스켓은 유수에서 이물질을 걸러주는 메쉬부와, 상기 메쉬부를 둘러싸는 프레임부와, 상기 프레임부의 상측에 연결되는 전방레일과, 상기 프레임부의 하측에 연결되는 후방레일을 포함하며, 상기 스크린바스켓의 전방레일에 구비되어 다른 스크린바스켓의 후방레일이 전방레일과 접촉하는 것을 방지하는 완충부재를 더 포함한다. 본 발명의 회전스크린장치에 의하면, 스크린바스켓들의 상하 프레임부 사이가 접촉하여 소음이 발생하고 마멸되는 것을 방지할 수 있다. 또한, 회전스크린장치의 작동 중에 스크린바스켓이 한쪽으로 치우쳐서 스크린바스켓의 측면 결합부 또는 롤러가이드가 마모되어 파손되는 것을 방지할 수 있다.

Furthermore, a side surface coupling unit of the screen baskets or the roller guides are prevented from being broken due to abrasion when the screen baskets are tilted to one side during the operation of the rotating screen device.
