According to the present invention, provided is a wall decoration material manufacturing method comprising: a base preparing step in which wood plywood is prepared; a finishing layer forming step in which a flame retardant finishing agent is applied to the wood plywood to form a finishing layer; a brushing step in which the surface of the finishing layer applied to the wood plywood is touched with a brush to have a plastered wall texture; a finishing layer flattening step in which the surface of the brushed finishing layer is cut by a cutter; a chamfering step in which the upper edge of the wood plywood is cut by a planer; an embossed pattern layer forming step in which a frame for pattern embossing is placed on the finishing layer and then a flame retardant finishing agent is applied to form an embossed pattern layer; and a paint layer forming step in which the surface of the embossed pattern layer is sanded with sandpaper and water-soluble paint is applied. Accordingly, the three-dimensional effect, flame retardancy, and reusability of a decoration material can be improved.
발명에 의하면, 목재합판이 준비되는 베이스 준비 단계와; 목재합판에 난연성 마감제가 도포되어 마감층이 형성되는 마감층 형성 단계와; 목재합판에 도포된 마감층의 표면이 붓에 의해 터치되어 회벽(plastered wall) 질감을 가지도록 하는 붓질 단계와; 붓질 처리된 마감층의 표면이 커터에 의해 커팅되는 마감층 평탄 단계와; 목재합판의 상면 모서리 부분이 각대패에 의해 커팅되는 모따기 단계와; 마감층에 패턴양각용 틀이 위치된 후 난연성 마감제가 도포되어 양각패턴층이 형성되는 양각패턴층 형성 단계와; 양각패턴층의 표면이 사포에 의해 샌딩되고 수용성 페인트가 도포되는 페인트층 형성 단계를 포함하는 벽면 장식재 제조방법이 제공된다.
