Structure For Connecting Horizontal Rebars In Integrated Underground Wall Construction
A structure for connecting horizontal reinforcing bar comprises a space forming member, a spacing member, and the like. The space forming member comprises a first front plate having a first reinforcing bar through hole and a separate through hole, a pair of first side plates extending rearward from both ends of the first front plate, and a first rear plate coupled to the rear end of the pair of first side plates to seal the rear of the pair of first side plates. The spacing member comprises a second front plate and a pair of second side plates that are coupled to the outer surfaces of the first front plate and the pair of first side plates while surrounding the same in a detachable manner in front of the space forming member. The second front plate further comprises a second reinforcing bar through hole corresponding to the first reinforcing bar through hole.
수평 철근 연결용 구조체는 공간형성 부재, 이격 부재 등을 포함한다. 공간형성 부재는 제1 철근 관통공과 분리 관통공을 구비하는 제1 전방판, 제1 전방판의 양측 단부에서 후방으로 연장하는 한쌍의 제1 측방판, 한쌍의 제1 측방판의 후단에 결합하여 한쌍의 제1 측방판의 후방을 밀폐하는 제1 후방판을 구비한다. 이격 부재는 공간형성 부재의 전방에서 분리 가능하게 제1 전방판과 한쌍의 제1 측방판의 외면을 둘러싸면서 결합하는 제2 전방판과 한쌍의 제2 측방판을 구비한다. 제2 전방판은 제1 철근 관통공에 대응하는 제2 철근 관통공을 구비한다.
