본 발명은 무도장 사출 성형으로 제작되는 창호용 핸들 조립체에 관한 것으로써, 이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명은 기본 살두께보다 상면의 살두께는 감소되되, 양쪽 하측 모서리부의 살두께는 상기 기본 살두께와 동일하고, 상기 상면에서 양쪽 상측 모서리 돌출부의 수평면 하단에 접하는 인접부는 상기 모서리 돌출부의 수직면과 연결되는 관통공까지 연장되면서 함몰 형성되되 살두께가 상기 상면의 살두께보다 감소되며, 상기 상면에서 상기 모서리부에 인접한 원형공과 사각공 사이 간격부의 살두께는 상기 상면의 살두께보다 감소되고, 상기 모서리 돌출부 표면의 살두께는 상기 기본 살두께보다 증가되고, 상기 모서리 돌출부가 형성된 상기 하우징의 코너부는 곡률이 감소되되, 상기 코너부의 살두께는 안쪽면으로부터 하단에서 상기 표면까지 점차 증가되도록 성형되는 하우징과, 기본 살두께보다 상면의 살두께는 증가되고, 외측둘레에서 하향 돌출된 돌출부의 살두께와 상기 돌출부의 저면을 따라 형성되는 제1리브의 살두께 및 상기 돌출부 안쪽 내면에 위치하는 제2리브의 살두께는 감소되도록 성형되는 하우징 커버 와, 기본 살두께보다 상면의 살두께는 증가되고, 저면쪽 하향 돌출된 테두리의 살두께는 감소되도록 성형되는 바디커버를 포함하여 구성된 것이 특징이다.
The present invention relates to a window handle assembly manufactured by unpainted injection molding. According to the present invention, the window handle assembly manufactured by unpainted injection molding comprises: a housing; a housing cover; and a body cover. The housing is characterized in that the thickness of an upper surface is less than a basic thickness, the thickness of a lower edge part at respective opposite sides is the same as the basic thickness, in that an adjacent part which is in contact with a lower end of a horizontal surface of an upper edge protruding part at respective opposite sides on the upper surface extends to a through hole connected to a vertical surface of the edge protruding part to be recessed such that the thickness of the adjacent part is less than the thickness of the upper surface, in that the thickness of a gap part between a round ball and a square ball adjacent to the edge part on the upper surface is less than the thickness of the upper surface, in that the thickness of a surface of the edge protruding part is greater than the basic thickness, and in that the curvature of a corner part of the housing on which the edge protruding part is formed is reduced, and the thickness of the corner part is molded to gradually increase from a lower end of an inner surface to the surface. The housing cover is characterized in that the thickness of an upper surface is greater than the basic thickness, the thickness of a protruding part protruding downward from the outer circumference, the thickness of a first rib formed along the bottom surface of the protruding part, and the thickness of a second rib positioned on the inner surface of the protruding part are molded to be reduced. The body cover is characterized in that the thickness of the upper surface is greater than the basic thickness and the thickness of the bottom edge protruding downward is molded to be reduced. According to the present invention, the quality of the handle assembly can be further improved.
