Screens for removing sand and debris
The present invention provides a screen for removing sand and debris, which is able to successively and simultaneously remove sand and debris included in treatment water introduced into the sand, land or waterway by a driving means. More specifically, in order to allow the elevation/lowering of a front screen arranged in front of a lower side of a main screen in turn by a rake and a bucket transported, each side frame of the screen comprises: a plurality of horizontal frames, a vertical frame, and an apron. The pair of chains are rotated by a caterpillar method corresponding to each side frame. The pair of chains have a rake and a bucket installed in turn. A front screen is arranged on a lower side in front of the main screen. The front screen is arranged between rotation plates rotatably arranged on both sides. By a weight arranged on an upper side of each rotation plate, the rake and the bucket are successively transported while being located on the main screen side. In the process, the front screen is elevatably arranged by each roller rotatably placed on both sides of the rake and the bucket. Therefore, by a simple structure, the efficiency in removing the debris and sand can be maximized. In addition, interference with the front screen in accordance with the transport of the rake and bucket can be prevented, thereby increasing the removal efficiency.
본 발명은 하나의 구동수단에 의해 침사지 또는 수로로 유입되는 처리수에 포함되어 침강하는 침사는 물론 협잡물을 순차적으로 동시에 제거가 이루어질 수 있도록 함과 아울러 특히, 메인 스크린의 하부 전방에 구비되는 전위 스크린을 이송되는 레이크와 버킷에 의해 번갈아가면서 승강이 이루어질 수 있도록 스크린의 각각의 측 프레임은 복수 개의 수평 프레임, 수직 프레임 및 에이프런을 포함하고; 상기 한 쌍의 체인은 상기 각각의 측 프레임과 대응되는 형태로 무한궤도 방식으로 회전되되, 상기 한 쌍의 체인에는 하나 건너 하나 사이에 레이크 및 버킷이 번갈아가게 설치되며; 상기 메인 스크린의 전방 하부에 전위 스크린을 구비하되, 상기 전위 스크린은 양측에 회전 가능하게 구비되는 각각의 회전 플레이트 사이에 구비되며, 상기 각각의 회전 플레이트의 상부에 구비되는 웨이트에 의해 상기 메인 스크린 측으로 위치한 상태에서 레이크 및 버킷이 순차적으로 이송되는 과정에 그 레이크 및 버킷의 양측에 회전 가능하게 구비되는 각각의 롤러에 의해 승강 가능하게 구비되는 것을 포함하는 침사 및 협잡물 제거용 스크린을 제공한다. 그에 따라 최소한의 간단한 구조에 의해 침사 및 협잡물의 제거 효율성을 극대화할 수 있는 효과와 함께 레이크나 버킷의 이송에 따른 전위 스크린과의 간접을 방지하여 더욱더 효율적인 제거 효율성을 가지는 효과 또한 가진다.

The present invention provides a screen for removing sand and debris, which is able to successively and simultaneously remove sand and debris included in treatment water introduced into the sand, land or waterway by a driving means. More specifically, in order to allow the elevation/lowering of a front screen arranged in front of a lower side of a main screen in turn by a rake and a bucket transported, each side frame of the screen comprises: a plurality of horizontal frames, a vertical frame, and an apron. 본 발명은 하나의 구동수단에 의해 침사지 또는 수로로 유입되는 처리수에 포함되어 침강하는 침사는 물론 협잡물을 순차적으로 동시에 제거가 이루어질 수 있도록 함과 아울러 특히, 메인 스크린의 하부 전방에 구비되는 전위 스크린을 이송되는 레이크와 버킷에 의해 번갈아가면서 승강이 이루어질 수 있도록 스크린의 각각의 측 프레임은 복수 개의 수평 프레임, 수직 프레임 및 에이프런을 포함하고; 상기 한 쌍의 체인은 상기 각각의 측 프레임과 대응되는 형태로 무한궤도 방식으로 회전되되, 상기 한 쌍의 체인에는 하나 건너 하나 사이에 레이크 및 버킷이 번갈아가게 설치되며; 상기 메인 스크린의 전방 하부에 전위 스크린을 구비하되, 상기 전위 스크린은 양측에 회전 가능하게 구비되는 각각의 회전 플레이트 사이에 구비되며, 상기 각각의 회전 플레이트의 상부에 구비되는 웨이트에 의해 상기 메인 스크린 측으로 위치한 상태에서 레이크 및 버킷이 순차적으로 이송되는 과정에 그 레이크 및 버킷의 양측에 회전 가능하게 구비되는 각각의 롤러에 의해 승강 가능하게 구비되는 것을 포함하는 침사 및 협잡물 제거용 스크린을 제공한다. 그에 따라 최소한의 간단한 구조에 의해 침사 및 협잡물의 제거 효율성을 극대화할 수 있는 효과와 함께 레이크나 버킷의 이송에 따른 전위 스크린과의 간접을 방지하여 더욱더 효율적인 제거 효율성을 가지는 효과 또한 가진다.
