SAND REMOVING DEVICE AND SAND REMOVING METHOD FOR SAND BASIN
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sand removing device performing a sand removing method being a low pressure sand collecting system where low pressure water fed from a feed water pump is effectively utilized for sand collection and sand removal.SOLUTION: In a sand removing device performing a sand removing method being a low pressure sand collecting system and provided with a feed water pump feeding low pressure water via a pipeline having change-over valves correspondingly attached to each sand collecting nozzle disposed at each upper end part in regions formed by dividing the upper end part of the main trough of a sand basin and the inclined bottom surface of the sand basin into a plurality of the regions, a relief circuit to release the low pressure water fed to the pipeline from the feed water pump when all of the change-over valves are closed is disposed.
【課題】低圧集砂方式の除砂方法を実施する除砂装置において、給水ポンプから供給される低圧力水を集砂および除砂に有効に活用する。【解決手段】沈砂池の主トラフの上端部および沈砂池の傾斜する底面を複数に分割して形成された領域のそれぞれの上端部に設けられた集砂用ノズルに、それぞれのノズルに対応して備えられた切換弁を有する管路を介して低圧力水を供給する給水ポンプを備えた、低圧集砂方式の除砂方法を実施する除砂装置において、切換弁の全てが閉められている場合に給水ポンプから管路に供給される低圧力水を沈砂池に逃がすリリーフ回路を設けた。【選択図】図８
