The present invention provides a maintenance panel for a transparent soundproofing panel, which can maintain a clean state. The maintenance panel is configured to repair the transparent soundproofing panel (10) consisting of a square frame (12) surrounding a square window (11), wherein the transparent soundproofing panel is stacked between a plurality of H beam supports (H, H') arranged at regular intervals on the edge of a road. The maintenance panel comprises: a metal plate body (21) having a shape corresponding to the window (11); bending wings (22) bent from the four sides of the metal plate body (21) and facing the inner peripheral surface of the square frame (12); and a bending wing fixing part (23) for fixing the bending wings (22) to the square frame (12).
