Floor light installation frame
The present invention relates to a ground traffic light installation frame which facilitates connection of a traffic light at the lower part of a ground traffic light to enable efficient construction, efficiently drains rainwater to prevent electrical leakage, protects the upper edge of the ground traffic light in the longitudinal direction to prevent damage, and allows compatible installation regardless of the height of the ground traffic light. According to the present invention, the ground traffic light installation frame comprises: a drain formed on a bottom plate and having a predetermined depth to facilitate drainage in case of rain and secure a work space when a ground traffic light is installed; installation rails formed in a horizontal state while being bent upward and outward in series with the ends of both sides of the drain so that the bottom surface of the ground traffic light can be safely installed and supported on both sides of the upper part of the drain; a side plate fixing piece vertically bent in series with the outside of the installation rail to extend a predetermined length to cover and protect the upper side of the longitudinal side wall of the ground transfer light; and a restraining protrusion formed on the inside of the upper inner side of the side plate fixing piece to surround and lock the upper edge of the ground traffic light.
본 발명은 바닥신호등의 하부에 신호등과의 연결을 용이하게하여 효율적인 시공을 할 수 있도록하고, 우수시 배수를 원활롭게 하여 누전발생을 방지할 수 있도록 함은 물론 바닥신호등의 길이방향 상부모서리를 보호하여 파손됨을 방지할 수 있도록할 뿐만 아니라, 바닥신호등의 높낯이에 관계 없이 호환성있게 설치할 수 있도록 한 바닥신호등 설치프레임에 관한 것으로서, 본 발명에 따른 바닥신호등 설치프레임은 바닥판에 우수시 배수가 용이하면서 바닥신호등의 설치시 작업공간을 확보할 수 있도록 일정한 깊이를 갖는 배수구와, 상기 배수구 상부 양측으로 바닥신호등의 저면이 안전하게 설치되어 지지될 수 있도록 배수구 양측 끝단과 연이어 상측으로 외향절곡하여 수평상태로 형성된 설치레일과, 상기 설치레일 외측과 연이어 수직절곡되어 바닥신호등의 길이방향 측벽 상측까지 커버하여 보호할 수 있도록 일정길이 연장된 측판고정편과, 상기 측판고정편의 상부 내측에 바닥신호등의 상부 모서리를 감싸 록킹할 수 있도록 내측으로 형성된 구속돌기로 구성된 것이 특징이다.
