FLOOR SLAB INSTALLATION DEVICE AND FLOOR SLAB INSTALLATION METHOD
To improve work efficiency for floor slab installation and replacement work.SOLUTION: A floor slab 100 is detachably held by a frame part 2 of a floor installation device 1A. The frame part 2 is supported by a first leg 6 to a fourth leg 9 extending downward D from a front 3 to a rear 5 of the frame 2. As the top faces of the floor slab 100 just after setting and an installation site 301 can be traveled by travel parts 10 to 13 on the bottom edges of the first leg 6 to the fourth leg 9, the floor slab 100 to be newly installed can be transported over the floor slab 100 just after setting. Since the length of the first leg 6 to the fourth leg 9 extending downward D of the frame 2 can be changed in an expandable manner in a range exceeding the thickness of the floor slab 100, it is possible to transport and install the floor slab 100 over the level difference between the floor slab 100 just after setting and the installation site 301. If an existing floor slab 200 is removed from the installation site 301, the same work of installing the floor slab 100 can be repeated from the side of the floor slab 100 just after setting. Thus, the efficiency of installation of the floor slab 100 is improved.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】床版の設置工事や取り換え工事の作業効率を向上させる。【解決手段】床版設置装置1Aのフレーム部2により床版100が着脱自在に保持される。フレーム部2の前部3〜後部5から下方Dに伸びる第1脚部6〜第4脚部9によりフレーム部2は支持される。第1脚部6〜第4脚部9の下端の走行部10〜13により設置直後の床版100及び設置場所301の上面を走行可能なため、設置直後の床版100の上を通って新たに設置される床版100を搬送できる。第1脚部6〜第4脚部9はフレーム部2の下方Dに伸びる長さを床版100の厚さを超える範囲で伸縮自在に変更するため、設置直後の床版100と設置場所301との段差を乗り越えて床版100の搬送及び設置が可能になる。設置場所301から既設の床版200が撤去されていれば、設置直後の床版100の側から床版100の設置の同じ作業を繰り返すことができ、床版100の設置の効率が向上する。【選択図】図2
