Eco-Friendly Shotcrete Composition Including High Strength and Construction Methods of Tunnel Using Thereof and Rock Bolt for Tunnel Construction

Abstract

The present invention provides an eco-friendly high strength shotcrete composition which comprises: based on 100 parts by weight of cement, 5 to 30 parts by weight of calcium sulfoaluminate; 3 to 10 parts by weight of a charcoal powder; 1 to 10 parts by weight of natural cellulose fiber; 5 to 30 parts by weight of metakaolin; 5 to 15 parts by weight of silica fume; 10 to 60 parts by weight of fly ash; 3 to 10 parts by weight of nanoceramic particles; 1 to 5 parts by weight of an antioxidant; 1 to 10 parts by weight of an adhesion enhancer; and 0.01 to 10 parts by weight of a high performance water reducing agent. According to the present invention, the eco-friendly high strength shotcrete composition is environmentally friendly and is quickly hardened and has strong adhesion and elasticity to reduce a rebound rate, and can exhibit characteristics such as high strength.

본 발명은 시멘트 100중량부 기준으로, 칼슘설포알루미네이트 5 내지 30중량부; 숯가루 3 내지 10중량부; 천연셀룰로오스섬유 1 내지 10중량부; 메타카올린 5 내지 30중량부; 실리카퓸 5 내지 15중량부; 플라이애시 10 내지 60중량부; 나노세라믹 입자 3 내지 10중량부; 산화방지제 1 내지 5중량부; 부착증진제 1 내지 10중량부; 및 고성능 감수제 0.01 내지 10중량부를 포함하는 친환경 고강도 숏크리트 조성물을 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 친환경 고강도 숏크리트 조성물은 친환경적이면서도 신속히 경화하고, 리바운드율을 감소시킬 수 있도록 강한 부착력 및 탄성력을 가지며, 고강도 등의 특성을 발휘할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
