The present invention relates to a protection sleeve for tunnel rock bolt drilling shotcrete collapse prevention and a tunnel rock bolt installation construction method using the same and, more specifically, to a protection sleeve for tunnel rock bolt drilling shotcrete collapse prevention and a tunnel rock bolt installation construction method using the same, which insert a protection sleeve into a pre-hole formed by drilling a rock bolt drilling portion with a prescribed diameter and a deposition depth of sealing shortcrete to expose a rock surface layer to reach the rock surface layer before depositing the sealing shortcrete and depositing primary shortcrete on the inner surface of a tunnel with an installed support material after excavating the tunnel to operate a drilling machine in the protection sleeve when rock bolt drilling after depositing the primary shortcrete to prevent collapse of the primary shortcrete by interference impacts of the drilling machine and accidents caused thereby, guide the drilling direction toward a vertical part of the inner wall of the tunnel to tightly attach the inner wall of the tunnel and a bearing plate of the rock bolt to maximize rock bolt fastening power, and easily fill mortar or resin grout fillers in rock bolt holes.
본 발명은 터널 락볼트 천공 숏크리트 붕락방지용 보호슬리브 및 이를 이용한 터널 락볼트 설치 시공공법에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는, 터널 굴착후 실링숏크리트 타설 및 지보재 설치된 터널 내면에 1차숏크리트 타설 전, 락볼트 천공부위에 상기 실링숏크리트 타설 깊이 및 일정 직경으로 천공하여 암반표층이 노출되도록 형성된 선천공에 상기 암반표층까지 접하도록 보호슬리브를 끼워 1차숏크리트 타설 후, 락볼트 천공시 천공기가 상기 보호슬리브 내부에서 작동되므로 상기 천공기의 간섭충격에 의한 상기 1차숏크리트의 붕락 및 이에 따른 사고를 방지하고, 터널 내벽 수직부를 향한 천공방향을 가이드하여 상기 락볼트의 지압판과 터널내벽이 밀착되어 락볼트 체결력을 극대화하며, 락볼트 천공 내부에 모르타르 또는 레진 그라우트 충진재가 용이하게 충진될 수 있도록 하기 위한 터널 락볼트 천공 숏크리트 붕락방지용 보호슬리브 및 이를 이용한 터널 락볼트 설치 시공공법에 관한 것이다.
