An objective of the present invention is to provide a modular building with a corner joining system applied thereto which can set a precise construction point by using a guide pin method used to set an accurate connection position of module frames for continuously connecting module frames in a vertical direction and a horizontal direction, and remove and collect pins for connection after construction is completed to reuse the pins for connection in next processes. More specifically, the modular building with a corner joining system applied thereto comprises: a foundation frame to install the modular building; a foundation jig constructed on an upper portion of a foundation; a foundation jig part formed by a foundation pin installed on the foundation jig; a connection jig installed on the foundation frame; and a connection jig part provided by a connection pin placed on the connection jig. When coupling and constructing module frames in a horizontal and a vertical direction, accurate positions can be set.
본 발명은 모듈프레임을 수직방향 및 수평방향으로 연속 연결하는 모듈프레임의 정확한 연결 위치를 설정하기 위하여 사용되는 가이드 핀 방식을 이용하여 정밀한 시공지점을 설정할 수 있으며, 연결을 위한 핀은 시공이 완료된 후 해체 및 회수하여 다음 공정에 재 사용할 수 있는 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 상기 모듈러 건축물를 설치하기 위한 기초프레임, 기초의 상부로 시공하는 기초지그, 상기 기초지그에 설치하는 기초핀으로 기초지그부를 형성하고; 기초프레임에 설치하는 연결지그, 상기 연결지그에 올려지는 연결핀으로 연결지그부를 구성하여; 수평 및 수직방향으로 모듈프레임을 결합 및 시공시 정확한 위치의 설정할 수 있어 코너접합 시스템이 적용된 모듈러 건축물를 제공하는데 목적이 있다.
