The present invention relates to a concrete crack line repairing method, structure, and apparatus. The repairing method of the present invention comprises the following steps of: forming a repair groove line by cutting into a strip shape along a crack line of a concrete; removing a foreign substance from the repair groove line; preparing a repair material; filling the repair groove line with the repair material; preparing the repairing apparatus consisting of a repair strip and a repair mesh; inserting the repair strip into the repair groove line; covering the repair mesh on the repair strip; and applying a finishing material on the repair mesh. An objective of the present invention is to provide the concrete crack line repairing method, structure, and apparatus suitable for application to the crack line.
