MULTI LINK HINGE
The present invention relates to a multi-link hinge. More specifically, the present invention relates to a multi-link hinge which is proper for opening a door which is relatively heavy, and is able to control the maximum opening angle of the door. To this end, according to the present invention, the multi-link hinge comprises: a housing installed on a main body of an instrument with a door; an arm installed on the door; a multi-link unit including a plurality of links rotatably and mutually connected between the housing and the arm, and including a first link connected to a hinge shaft of the housing, and a second link respectively rotatably connected to the first link and the arm; and an angle control unit inserted into the inside of the first link, and including a body, a rivet arranged on the body to be inserted being movable along guide holes on both sides of the first link, and a screw arranged on a front surface of the body, inserted into the guide hole on a front surface of the first link, and moving the body from the first link or fixing the body on the first link.
본 발명은 멀티링크 힌지에 관한 것으로, 더욱 상세하게는 비교적 무거운 무게의 도어 오픈에 적합하고, 도어의 최대 열림 각도 조절이 가능한 멀티링크 힌지에 관한 것이다. 이를 위해 본 발명은 도어가 마련된 기구의 본체에 설치되는 하우징; 상기 도어에 설치되는 암; 상기 하우징과 암 사이에 회동 가능하게 상호 연결되는 복수 개의 링크로 구성되는 것으로, 상기 하우징의 힌지축에 연결되는 제1 링크와, 상기 제1 링크와 상기 암에 각각 회동 가능하게 연결되는 제2 링크를 포함하는 멀티링크부; 및 상기 제1 링크의 내부에 끼워지는 것으로, 몸체, 상기 몸체에 구비되어 상기 제1 링크의 양측의 가이드 구멍을 따라 이동 가능하게 끼워지는 리벳, 및 상기 몸체의 전면에 구비되어 상기 제1 링크의 전면의 가이드 구멍에 끼워지되 상기 몸체를 상기 제1 링크로부터 이동 또는 고정시키는 스크류를 포함하는 각도 조절부;를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
