Vertical fall prevention device for ladders
The present invention relates to a vertical fall prevention device for ladders, wherein a fastener of a hook for a protrusion of a guide rail is fixed when a worker falls from a ladder, and a pin protrudes from the fastener bundle at the moment when the fastener moves toward the protrusion of the guide rail, so that the fastener bundle is fixed to the guide rail and a roller driven along a rail groove of the guide rail is stopped, thereby securing the safety of the worker more definitely. The vertical fall prevention device comprises: a fastener bundle that has a front surface in which a mounting groove is formed, has a rear surface formed with protrusion holes formed to be connected with and communicate with each other, has rear ends of both side surfaces having a sliding end formed to protrude upward and downward, and has a plurality of rollers inserted into the rail groove of the guide rail in the slide end; and a hook that is rotatably installed around a hinge fixation point in the fastener bundle, is integrally formed with a fastener hooked and fixed to the protrusion of the guide rail, and is connected to a carabiner hook through a ring. The vertical fall prevention device further comprises: a first sub-locking means that fixes the fastener bundle to the guide rail by an operation of the hook when the fastener moves toward the protrusion of the guide rail; and a second sub-breaking means that stops the driving of the rollers of the fastener bundle by an operation of the hook when the fastener moves toward the protrusion of the guide rail.
본 발명은 작업자가 사다리에서 추락했을 때 가이드레일의 돌출턱에 대한 훅의 걸림쇠의 고정과 함께 훅의 걸림쇠가 가이드레일의 돌출턱으로 이동할 때 순간적으로 걸림쇠 뭉치로부터 핀이 돌출되어 걸림쇠 뭉치를 가이드레일에 고정시킴과 동시에 가이드레일의 레일홈을 따라 구동되는 롤러를 정지시킬 수 있도록 함으로써 보다 확실하게 작업자의 안전을 확보할 수 있도록 한 사다리용 수직 추락 방지 장치에 관한 것으로서, 그 구성은 전면에 장착홈이 형성되고 그 후면에는 돌출구가 서로 연이어 통하게 형성되며 양측면에서 그 후단에 상하로 슬라이드단이 돌출 형성되며 상기 슬라이드단에 가이드레일의 레일홈에 삽입되는 다수개의 롤러를 갖는 걸림쇠 뭉치와, 상기 걸림쇠 뭉치의 내부에 힌지고정점을 중심으로 회전 가능하게 설치되고 가이드레일의 돌출턱에 걸림 고정되는 걸림쇠가 일체로 형성되며 카라비너훅과 고리로 연결된 훅으로 구성된 수직 추락 방지 장치에 있어서, 상기 걸림쇠가 가이드레일의 돌출턱 측으로 이동할 때 훅의 작동에 의해 상기 걸림쇠 뭉치를 가이드레일에 고정시키는 제1 서브 잠금수단과; 상기 걸림쇠가 가이드레일의 돌출턱 측으로 이동할 때 훅의 작동에 의해 상기 걸림쇠 뭉치의 롤러의 구동을 정지시키는 제2 서브 브레이크수단;을 더 포함한다.
