Tile structure comprising rubber magnet and installation method thereof
The present invention discloses an environmentally-friendly tile structure including a rubber magnet, and a tile construction method using the same. The tile structure comprises: a tile; a first adhesion layer surface-attached to a whole surface and the other whole surface of the tile; and a first rubber magnet surface-attached to a whole surface and the other whole surface of the adhesion layer. According to the present invention, the tile structure including a rubber magnet and the tile construction method using the same are able to attach the tile to an attachment surface by using the magnetism of the rubber magnet, and provide improved vibration resistance and durability. In addition, since the tile structure is made of only environmentally-friendly materials, the tile structure does not violate environmental regulations, and can satisfy consumers' needs for environmentally-friendly products. In addition, consumers can in person perform the construction, and partly replace completely constructed tiles, so that the needs of consumers for DIY goods can be satisfied.
본 발명은 고무 자석을 포함하는 친환경 타일 구조체 및 이를 이용한 타일 시공 방법을 개시한다. 상기 타일 구조체는, 타일, 상기 타일의 타면 전체와 일면 전체가 면접착되는 제1 접착층 및 상기 접착층의 타면 전체와 일면 전체가 면접착되는 제1 고무 자석을 포함한다. 본 발명의 고무 자석을 포함하는 타일 구조체 및 이를 이용한 타일 시공 방법은, 고무 자석의 자력을 이용하여 부착면과 밀착되어 타일을 부착할 수 있어, 개선된 내진성과 내구성을 제공할 수 있다. 또한, 친환경 소재로만 구성되어 환경 규제에 저촉되지 않고, 소비자들의 친환경 제품에 대한 니즈를 충족시킬 수 있다. 또한, 소비자가 직접 시공을 수행할 수 있으며, 시공이 완료된 타일을 부분적으로 교체할 수 있어 소비자들의 DIY 니즈를 충족시킬 수 있다.
