A Foreign matter removal device inside the water supply pipe
The present invention relates to a device for removing foreign substances from water supply pipes, which captures foreign materials or larvae such as mosquito larvae inside water pipes. The device comprises: a funnel-shaped foreign substance filter which collects foreign substances or larvae towards the inner center thereof while filtering the foreign substances or larvae in a flow passage of a water pipe; a cylindrical fixed outlet which includes a fixing ring formed at the front to fix the foreign substance filter, and an outlet coupling part formed at the rear to be coupled with the fixing ring, and which discharges the foreign substances collected at the center of the foreign substance filter towards the rear; a foreign substance fall-discharge part which is connected to the rear of the cylindrical fixed outlet to discharge the falling foreign substances; a filter washing part which has a spray pipe connected to a pump supplying water and the cylindrical fixed outlet above the water pipe and spraying water to wash foreign substances caught to the foreign substance filter. Therefore, the device having the foreign substance filter collecting foreign substances or larvae towards the inner center thereof while filtering the foreign substances or larvae in the flow passage of the water pipe can purify the water discharged from the water pipes, allow safe usage of the tap water by perfectly capturing and discharging the foreign substances and larvae, allow the safe on-site use by perfectly discharging the falling foreign substances and larvae outside of the water pipes through the foreign substance fall-discharge part, and safely wash the foreign substances caught in the foreign substance filter, thereby facilitating the removal of foreign substances and ensuring safe usage within the water flow.
본 발명은 상수도관 내부의 이물질이나 깔따구과 같은 유충을 포집하는 상수도관의 이물질 제거장치로서, 상수도관 내부의 유로중에 이물질이나 유충이 걸러지면서 내측 중앙으로 모여지도록 깔때기 모양의 이물질걸름망과; 전방에 상기 이물질걸름망이 고정되도록 고정고리와, 후방에 상호 체결가능한 배출구체결부가 형성되고, 상기 이물질걸름망에서 중앙으로 모여지는 이물질을 후측으로 배출시키는 원통고정배출구와; 상기 원통고정배출구의 후측에 연결되어 배출되는 이물질을 낙하시켜 배출시키는 이물질낙하배출부와; 상수도관의 상측에서 물을 공급하는 펌프와 원통고정배출구와 연결되어 상기 이물질걸름망에 걸려있는 이물질을 세척하도록 분사되는 분사파이프가 구비된 걸름망세척부로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하여, 상수도관 내부의 유로중에 이물질이나 깔다구와 같은 유충이 포집되면서 내측 중앙으로 수집하는 이물질걸름망을 구비여 상수도관에서 유출된 수도물을 정화시킬 수 있고, 상수도관의 이물질과 유충을 완벽하게 잡아내면서 배출시켜 수도물을 안심하고 사용할 수 있고, 이물질낙하배출부에서 낙하되는 이물질과 유충을 상수도관의 외부로 완벽하게 배출시켜 현장에서 안심하고 사용할 수 있고, 이물질걸름망에 걸려있는 이물질을 안전하게 세척하여 이물질을 용이하게 제거할 수 있을 뿐만 아니라 유로중에 안전하게 사용할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
