FOREIGN MATTER REMOVAL DEVICE OF WATER PIPE
To provide a foreign matter removal device which suppresses clogging due to foreign matters as much as possible when removing the foreign matters mixed into a water pipe.SOLUTION: A foreign matter removal device 1 of a water pipe which is branched and connected to a water pipe 2, causes water flowing in the water pipe to detour and discharges the water to the outside and, thereby, catches and removes foreign matters mixed in the water includes an introduction part A to which the water pipe is connected to cause the water to flow thereinto, a cylindrical main body part B which allows the introduction part to be mounted on one end part and allows a foreign matter removal unit 8 to be mounted on an internal part and a discharge part C which is connected to the other end part of the main body part and discharges fluid penetrating the foreign matter removal unit to an external part. Therein, a cavity G is formed at an upstream side of the foreign matter removal unit in the introduction part and a spiral guide fin 9 which makes the water caused to flow into the introduction part a spiral flow is mounted on the cavity.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】送水管内に混入した異物を除去するに際し、異物による詰まりを極力抑制することを課題とする。【解決手段】送水管２に分岐接続されて、この送水管内を流れる水を迂回させて外部へ排出することにより、前記水中に混入している異物を捕獲して除去する送水管の異物除去装置１であって、前記送水管が接続されて前記水が流入させられる導入部Ａと、一端部に前記導入部が装着されるとともに、内部に異物除去ユニット８が装着された筒状の本体部Ｂと、この本体部の他端部に接続され、前記異物除去ユニットを透過した流体が外部へ排出される排出部Ｃとを備え、前記導入部内で前記異物除去ユニットの上流側に空洞Ｇが形成され、この空洞に前記導入部内に流入する前記水を旋回流とする螺旋状のガイドフィン９が装着されている。【選択図】図２
