Concrete Composite for Ground Solidifying Agent Having Polysilicon Sludge
The present invention relates to a concrete composite for a ground solidifying agent, which contains, based on 100 wt% of polysilicon sludge, 30 to 60 wt% of fly ash, 100 to 500 wt% of steel slag, 30 to 60 wt% of paper sludge incineration ash, 30 to 60 wt% of steelmaking slag dust, 5 to 10 wt% of gypsum, 1 to 5 wt% of blast furnace slag, 1 to 5 wt% of admixture. According to the present invention, the concrete composite for a ground solidifying agent can develop a predetermined strength required for the concrete composite for a ground solidifying agent by using lightweight fluid fillers such as the polysilicon sludge, the fly ash, and the steel slag without the use of cement.
본 발명은 폴리실리콘 슬러지 100중량부 기준으로, 플라이 애시 30 내지 60중량부; 철강슬래그 100 내지 500중량부; 제지슬러지 소각재 30 내지 60중량부; 제강슬래그 분진 30 내지 60중량부; 석고 5 내지 10중량부; 고로슬래그 1 내지 5중량부; 및 혼화제 1 내지 5중량부를 포함하는 지반 고화제용 콘크리트 조성물에 관한 것이다. 본 발명에 따른 지반 고화제용 콘크리트 조성물은 시멘트의 사용 없이 폴리실리콘 슬러지와 플라이 애시, 철강 슬래그 등의 경량유동성 채움재를 사용하여 지반 고화제용 콘크리트 조성물이 요구하는 일정한 강도를 발현할 수 있는 효과가 있다.
