The present invention relates to a manhole odor reduction device using a liquid catalyst. More specifically, the present invention relates to a manhole odor reduction device that can effectively reduce the odor of sewage discharged through a manhole using a liquid catalyst. The manhole odor reduction device using a liquid catalyst of the present invention comprises: a liquid catalyst storage tank installed inside a manhole to store a liquid catalyst; a water supply pipe branched from the water main and extending into the interior of the manhole; a valve installed in the water supply pipe to open and close a flow path of the water supply pipe; a connection pipe connecting the liquid catalyst storage tank and the water supply pipe; a metering pump installed in the connection pipe to inject the liquid catalyst into the water flowing along the water supply pipe; a spray unit connected to the water supply pipe to spray a mixed solution of the water and the liquid catalyst into the inside of the manhole to reduce bad odors generated from sewage; a sensor part installed inside the manhole to detect the concentration of odor; and a control panel for controlling the operation of the valve and the metering pump based on the concentration value measured by the sensor part.
