Integral wooden prefab shear wall and its manufacturing method
The present invention relates to an integral wooden prefab shear wall and a manufacturing method thereof. The integral wooden prefab shear wall is configured to: arrange a vertical structure member composed of a dry timber or standard structure member and a shear reinforcement fixing wood to be orthogonal to each other to form a vertical structure member layer; alternately stack and compress woody plate layers to be integrally bonded through an adhesive agent to have great structural performance, such as shear performance and horizontal resistance; have timber and woody materials as main materials to have an excellent insulation effect; be able to reduce a thickness compared to an existing structure of a cross laminated timber (CLT) and greatly save the usage amount of consumed wood materials; be able to be manufactured at a light weight to facilitate transportation and have a lower possibility of heat bridge compared to a shear wall with a light-frame wood structure that aggressively uses a nail; and have a greatly excellent shear resisting force compared to the existing light-frame wood structure and thus be useful for the construction of a wooden building with more than four stories.
본 발명은 일체형 목조 프리패브 전단벽 및 그 제조방법에 관한 것으로, 건조 제재목 또는 규격구조재로 이루어지는 수직구조재와 전단보강 고정목을 직교하도록 배치하여 수직구조재층을 형성하고 목질 판상재층을 교대로 적층 및 압착하여 접착제를 매개로 일체로 접착 접합함으로써 전단성능 및 수평저항 등 구조성능이 우수할 뿐만 아니라 주된 소재가 목재 및 목질재료로 구성되어 단열효과가 우수하고, 기존 구조용 직교집성판상재(CLT)에 비해 두께를 감소시킬 수 있음은 물론 소요되는 목재 사용량을 현저히 절약할 수 있으며 경량으로 제조가 가능해 운반이 용이하고 기존에 못을 적극적으로 사용하는 경골목구조 전단벽에 비해 열교가 발생할 가능성이 낮으며, 전단내력이 종래 경골목구조에 비해 월등히 우수하여 4층 이상의 중층 목조건축물 축조에 유용한 일체형 목조 프리패브 전단벽 및 그 제조방법을 제공한다.
