Cork floor paving material with improved color retention performance and its construction method
The present invention relates to a cork floor packaging material with improved color retention performance and a construction method thereof. An objective of the present invention is to provide the cork floor packaging material constructing method with the improved color retention performance. The cork floor packaging material constructing method according to the present invention for the same comprises the following steps of: preparing a cork chip composite mixture of a cork chip and a colored mineral particle; preparing a colored binder by mixing a colorless binder with a pigment matching a color of the colored mineral particle; mixing and stirring the prepared cork chip composite mixture with the colored binder to prepare a cork floor packaging material composition; and laying the prepared cork floor material composition on a concrete base layer on which a primer layer has been previously formed.
본 발명은, 색상 유지 성능이 향상된 코르크 바닥 포장재 시공방법을 제공하는 것을 목적으로 하며, 이를 위한 본 발명에 따른 코르크 바닥 포장재 시공방법은, 코르크칩과 발색 광물 입자가 혼합된 코르크칩 복합 혼합물을 준비하는 단계; 무색 바인더에 상기 발색 광물 입자의 색과 일치하는 색의 안료를 혼합하여 유색 바인더를 준비하는 단계; 준비된 코르크칩 복합 혼합물을 상기 유색 바인더와 혼합하고 교반하여, 코르크 바닥 포장재 조성물을 제조하는 단계; 및 제조된 코르크 바닥재 조성물을 프라이머층이 미리 형성된 콘크리트 기층 상에 포설하는 단계를 포함한다.
