The present invention provides a panel for dual flooring. The panel for dual flooring includes: a base in the shape of a rectangular smooth plate; and ribs protruding from the underside of the base. The ribs include: apex ribs, each formed in a rounded rectangular shape at the interior angle positions of apexes at which sides of the base meet; and main ribs, wherein the main ribs include: first edge ribs adjoining edges of the base and formed to connect outer ends of the pair of adjacent apex ribs; second edge ribs formed to be spaced parallel inwardly at predetermined intervals from the first edge ribs to connect inner ends of the pair of apex ribs; cross ribs respectively formed to connect the central areas of the pair of facing second edge ribs; diagonal ribs diagonally formed to connect the apex ribs located at facing apexes of the base; a central circle rib formed in a circular shape around intersections of the cross ribs and the diagonal ribs to have one or more radii; quarter circle ribs formed in a quarter-circle shape around intersection points where the apex ribs, the diagonal ribs, and the second edge ribs meet to have one or more radii; and an arc rib formed in a convex arc shape towards the central area of the base from the line of the second edge ribs. Therefore, the panel for dual flooring can minimize material use and achieve high rigidity.
본 발명은, 사각 평활 플레이트 형상의 베이스; 및 상기 베이스 저면에서 돌출되어 형성되는 리브를 포함하되, 상기 리브는, 상기 베이스의 각 변이 만나는 꼭지점의 내각 위치에 라운드진 사각 형상으로 각각 형성되는 꼭지점리브;와 상기 베이스의 각 모서리에 연접하여 인접하는 한쌍의 상기 꼭지점리브의 외측단을 연결하도록 형성되는 제1테두리리브, 상기 제1테두리리브와 평행으로 설정 간격 내측으로 이격하여 한쌍의 상기 꼭지점리브의 내측단을 연결하도록 형성되는 제2테두리리브, 마주보는 한쌍의 상기 제2테두리리브의 중심 영역을 서로 연결하도록 각각 형성되는 십자리브, 상기 베이스의 마주보는 꼭짓점에 위치하는 상기 꼭짓점리브를 서로 연결하는 대각선 형상으로 각각 형성되는 대각선리브, 상기 십자리브와 상기 대각선리브가 서로 만나는 점을 중심으로 원 형상으로 하나 이상의 반지름으로 형성되는 중심원리브, 상기 꼭지점리브와 상기 대각선리브와 상기 제2테두리리브가 만나는 점을 중심으로 1/4 원 형상으로 하나 이상의 반지름으로 형성되는 쿼터원리브, 및, 상기 제2테두리리브를 현으로 하는 상기 베이스의 중심 영역 측으로 볼록한 호 형상으로 형성되는 호리브로 구성되는 메인리브를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 이중바닥재용 패널을 제공한다.
The present invention provides a panel for dual flooring. The panel for dual flooring includes: a base in the shape of a rectangular smooth plate; and ribs protruding from the underside of the base.
