The present invention relates to a panel for a dual-floor material which separates a steel plate enclosing an outer circumferential surface of a core of an inorganic material into an upper and a lower plate to form the upper and the lower plate, and then uses press equipment to simply and firmly assemble edges where the upper and the lower plate overlap in a caulking method. According to the present invention, the panel (100) for a dual-floor material comprises: a core (110) made of an inorganic material into a cuboid shape; an upper plate (120) enclosing an upper portion of the core (110) and having a first bending unit (121) bent along an edge thereof; and a lower plate (130) enclosing a lower portion of the core (110) and having a second bending unit (131) overlapped with the first bending unit (121), meshed with the first bending unit (121), and correspondingly bent along an edge thereof.
본 발명은 무기질 소재의 코어 외주면을 감싸주는 강판을 상, 하판으로 분리 형성한 후, 상, 하판이 겹치는 가장자리를 프레스 설비를 이용하여 코킹(Caulking)하는 방식으로 간단하면서 견고하게 조립할 수 있도록 한 이중바닥재용 판넬에 관한 것이다. 이를 실현하기 위한 본 발명에 따른 이중바닥재용 판넬(100)은, 무기질 소재로 이루어지는 육면체 형상의 코어(110); 상기 코어(110)의 상부를 감싸주며, 가장자리를 따라 절곡 형성된 제1절곡부(121)가 구비되는 상판(120); 및 상기 코어(110)의 하부를 감싸주며, 상기 제1절곡부(121)와 중첩되게 맞물림되어 조립될 수 있도록 가장자리를 따라 대응되게 절곡 형성된 제2절곡부(131)가 구비되는 하판(130);을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
