According to one embodiment of the present invention, a plurality of metal heaters are installed spaced apart along a tunnel pipe, energy saving is achieved through independent heating control for areas at risk of freezing and burst, and freeze protection units corresponding to areas at risk of freeze and burst in which metal heaters are installed are grouped, but configuring optical communication signal transmission lines and telecommunication signal transmission lines differently, and good communication quality and accurate control of freeze protection units are possible, and efficient and active fault diagnosis of freeze protection groups is possible through a control panel operation.
본 발명의 일 실시예에 의하면, 터널 배관을 따라 메탈히터를 이격하여 복수로 장착함으로써 동파 우려 개소에 대한 독립적인 히팅 제어를 통해 에너지 절약을 도모하고, 메탈히터가 설치되는 동파 우려 개소에 대응하는 동파방지 유닛들을 그룹핑하되, 광통신 신호 전송 라인과 전기통신 신호 전송 라인을 달리 구성함으로써 양호한 통신 품질과 동파방지 유닛들의 정확한 제어가 가능하며, 제어 판넬 조작을 통해 동파방지 그룹들에 대한 효율적이면서 능동적인 고장진단이 가능하다.
