Freeze prevention device and fire prevention system for facilities and fire extinguishing piping using the same
The present invention relates to a freezing and bursting prevention device, which is implemented to prevent freezing and bursting of piping while preventing a fire caused by a heating means, and a system for preventing a fire from occurring in fire extinguishing piping by using the same. The freezing and bursting prevention device comprises: a heating film that is installed to cover the outer surface of piping, and receives electricity to generate heat to prevent freezing and bursting of the piping in winter; a heat-resistant adhesive film that is installed on the inner peripheral surface of the heating film that covers the piping so that the heating film can be attached to the piping; two power terminals that supply electricity to the heating film; an insulating tube that is installed to surround the two power terminals; a temperature sensor that is installed on the piping to measure the temperature of the piping; and a terminal that uses temperature information on the piping received from the temperature sensor to control the amount of electricity supplied to the heating film through the two power terminals so that the temperature of the piping in winter does not fall below a preset temperature.
본 발명은 배관의 동파를 방지하는 동시에 히팅 수단으로 인한 화재의 발생을 미연에 방지할 수 있도록 구현한 동파 방지 장치 및 이를 이용한 소화배관의 화재 발생 방지 시스템에 관한 것으로, 배관의 외면을 덮고 설치되며, 전기를 공급받아 발열하여 동절기 배관의 동파를 방지하는 발열 필름; 상기 발열 필름이 배관의 부착 설치될 수 있도록 배관을 덮는 상기 발열 필름의 내주면에 설치되는 내열 접착필름; 상기 발열 필름으로 전기를 공급하는 두 개의 전원 단자; 상기 두 개의 전원 단자를 감싸고 설치되는 절연 튜브; 배관에 설치되어 배관의 온도를 측정하는 온도 감지 센서; 및 상기 온도 감지 센서로부터 수신되는 배관의 온도 정보를 이용하여 동절기 배관의 온도가 기 설정된 온도 밑으로 떨어지지 아니하도록 상기 두 개의 전원 단자를 통해 상기 발열 필름으로 공급되는 전기의 양을 조절하는 단말기;를 포함한다.
