The present invention relates to a rubber plug (100) that blocks the inflow of sludge into the inside of a concrete pile (1) that serves as the foundation of a structure. The present invention comprises: a plug ring (10) inserted by force into the entrance of a concrete pile (1) exposed to the ground; a plug cone (20) protruding at an angle with a diameter that gradually decreases downward at the bottom of the plug ring (10) to guide insertion into the inside of the pile (1); a plug plate (30) protruding horizontally inward at the bottom of the plug cone (20) to close the entrance to block the inflow of sludge from the outside into the inside of the pile (1); and a plug hole (40) having a predetermined size through the center of the plug plate (30) to guide removal from the pile (1) by hand or using a tool. The present invention forms a plug cone that is inclined downward to guide insertion into the inside of the pile so that a plug can be inserted simply by being placed at the entrance of the pile. The present invention forms a downwardly narrowing slope on the outer surface of a plug ring that is inserted into the entrance of a pile to automatically be aligned concentrically with the pile without being biased to one side, thereby increasing the airtightness. The present invention forms a plug hole that allows a hand or tool to grasp the plug, thereby enabling quick and easy removal from the pile.
본 발명은 구조물의 기초가 되는 콘크리트 파일(1)의 내부로 슬러지의 유입을 차단하는 고무마개(100)에 관한 것으로, 지반에 노출된 콘크리트 파일(1)의 입구에 억지끼움으로 삽입되는 마개링(10); 상기 마개링(10)의 하단에 하측으로 갈수록 직경이 점진적으로 작아지는 각도로 경사지게 돌출되어 파일(1)의 내부로 삽입을 안내하는 마개콘(20); 상기 마개콘(20)의 하단에 내측을 향해 수평하게 돌출되어 외부로부터 파일(1)의 내부로 슬러지의 유입이 차단되게 입구를 폐쇄하는 마개판(30); 상기 마개판(30)의 중앙에 소정 크기로 관통되어 손이나 도구를 이용하여 파일(1)로부터 탈거를 유도하는 마개홀(40);을 포함하여 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 한다. 따라서 본 발명은 하측으로 좁아지게 경사져 파일의 내부로 삽입을 안내하는 마개콘을 형성함으로써, 마개를 파일의 입구에 올려놓는 행위만으로도 삽입시킬 수 있고, 파일의 입구에 끼움 삽입되는 마개링의 외면에 하측으로 좁아지는 경사면을 형성함으로써, 어느 한쪽으로 치우치지 않고 파일과 동심하게 자동 정렬됨에 따라 기밀성을 높일 수 있으며, 손이나 도구로 마개를 붙잡을 수 있는 마개홀을 형성함으로써, 파일로부터 신속 간편하게 탈거할 수 있는 효과를 제공한다.

The present invention relates to a rubber plug (100) that blocks the inflow of sludge into the inside of a concrete pile (1) that serves as the foundation of a structure.
