본 발명은 바닥 난방 시스템용 축열 장치에 관한 것으로, 난방 가동시 온수가 배관을 따라 흐르게 되고, 이 때 배관 상부에 있는 방열판과 상변화물질에 열이 축열되도록 구성되되, 방열판을 종횡으로 구획시키는 복수의 방열프레임들 각각에 상변화유닛이 결합되는 구조를 가짐으로써, 배관의 열을 각 방열프레임을 통해 상변화유닛 측으로 빠르고 균일하게 전달시켜 축열 효과를 극대화시킬 수 있게 됨에 따라, 난방 중지 시 바닥 온도의 감소 속도를 낮추고, 일반 바닥구조보다 더 높은 바닥 온도를 유지시켜 적은 소비전력에 의해서도 지속적인 온열환경을 제공할 수 있는 효과를 가진다.
