본 발명은 스퍼드캔을 해저 지면으로 1차적으로 관입 후 그 스퍼드캔의 내부에 승강 가능한 관입 파일의 밑면으로 톱니 형태로 형성된 복수 개의 관입 날이 재차 해저 지면으로 관입되도록 함에 따라 잭업리그 구조의 안정성을 극대화할 수 있도록 스퍼드캔의 내부 공간을 하부 측으로 밀폐실이 형성되도록 구획하는 구획격벽; 및 상기 밀폐실에 스퍼드캔의 밑면에 형성된 복수 개의 승강공을 통하여 하부에 형성되는 톱니 형태인 복수 개의 관입 날이 돌출되면서 해저 지면으로 관입되도록 공기 주입과 내부에 유입되어 있던 해수의 흡입에 의해 승강되는 관입 파일;을 포함하는 잭업리그 레그용 스퍼드캔을 제공한다. 그에 따라 잭업리그에 의해 해저 지면으로 고정되는 특수선박이나 해양구조물이 안정적인 상태를 유지함에 따라 그 특수선박이나 해양구조물에서의 작업의 효율성을 향상시킬 수 있는 효과를 가진다.
The present invention provides a spud can for a leg of a jack-up rig. The spud can for a leg of a jack-up rig includes: a partition dividing an inner space of a spud can to form a sealing chamber in the lower part to maximize stability of a structure of a jack-up rig by embedding multiple embedment blades into the seabed again after firstly embedding the spud can into the seabed, wherein the multiple embedment blades are formed in the shape of a sprocket on the bottom of an embedment pile capable of ascending and descending in the spud can; and the embedment pile ascending and descending by the intake of seawater flowing inside and injection of air so that the multiple embedment blades are embedded into the seabed while the multiple embedment blades having the shape of a sprocket and formed in the lower part protrude through multiple ascending and descending holes formed on the bottom of the spud can in the sealing chamber. Therefore, the spud can for a leg of a jack-up rig can improve efficiency of work in a special vessel or a marine structure by maintaining the stable state of the marine structure or the special vessel fixed to the seabed by the jack-up rig.
