Spudcan for jack-up rig leg
The present invention provides a spudcan for a jack-up rig leg, which can fundamentally prevent seawater or soil from being introduced into the spudcan while having high bearing power by second penetration into the seabed ground while a plurality of suction piles radially arranged on the bottom of the spudcan are stably lifted after the spudcan firstly penetrates into the seabed ground. To this end, the spudcan for a jack-up rig leg includes: each guide formed in a shape of radially penetrating and extending into the spudcan from the bottom at the bottom of the spudcan; each suction pile connected to suction lines in the guides and penetrating into the seabed ground by protruding while the soil and seawater at the seabed ground are suctioned in case of suction; and sealing members interposed between the guides and the suction piles to prevent the seawater or the soil from being introduced into the spudcan. Accordingly, the spudcan for a jack-up rig leg can maximize the bearing and fixing power of the spudcan to safely and stably anchor onto the sea and secure high reliability.
본 발명은 스퍼드캔을 해저 지면으로 1차적으로 관입 후 그 스퍼드캔의 저면에서 방사 형태로 배치된 복수의 석션 파일(suction pile)이 안정적으로 승강 되면서 해저 지면으로 2차적인 관입에 의해 높은 지지력을 가지면서 스퍼드캔 내로의 해수 또는 토사의 유입을 원천적으로 차단할 수 있게 스퍼드캔의 저면에 방사상으로 그 저면으로부터 스퍼드캔의 내측으로 관통되어 연장된 형태로 형성되는 각각의 가이드; 상기 가이드의 내부에 석션 라인과 연결되어 석션 시 해저 지면의 토사와 해수를 흡입하면서 돌출되어 해저 지면으로 관입되는 각각의 석션 파일; 및 상기 가이드와 석션 파일 사이에는 해수 또는 토사가 스퍼드캔의 내부로 유입되는 것을 방지하도록 개재되는 기밀부재;를 포함하는 잭업리그 레그용 스퍼드캔을 제공한다. 그에 따라 스퍼드캔의 지지 고정력을 극대화시켜 해상에서의 안전하면서 안정적인 정박이 이루어질 수 있는 효과와 함께 높은 신뢰성을 확보할 수 있는 효과도 가진다.
