Slats with high flexural strength and prevent diffuse reflection due to improved straightness and smoothness
The present invention relates to a slat which has high bending strength and prevents diffuse reflection by improving straightness and smoothness. The slat which has the high bending strength and prevents the diffuse reflection by improving the straightness and the smoothness according to the present invention may be equipped with: a body formed of an aluminum; a highly reflective film which is adhered to the body and allows a sunlight to enter; concave-convex units which are continuously repeated at regular intervals on one side of the body to increase the bending strength and prevent film peeling; and a bending end unit which increases the straightness and the smoothness by bending both end units to increase the bending strength of the body, thereby preventing bending, breakage, and the diffuse reflection.
본 발명에 따른 높은 굴곡강도를 갖으며 직진성 및 평활도 향상에 따른 난반사를 방지하는 슬랫은 알루미늄으로 형성되는 몸체와, 상기 몸체에 접착되어 태양광을 입사시키는 고반사 필름과, 상기 몸체의 일면에서 일정한 간격으로 연속반복되면서 굴곡강도를 증가시키고 필름박리현상을 방지하는 요철부와, 상기 몸체의 굴곡강도를 증가시키도록 양단부를 각각 절곡하면서 직진성 및 평활도를 증가시켜 절곡, 파손 및 난반사를 방지하는 절곡단부를 구비할 수 있다.
