MANUFACTURING APPARATUS FOR GIRDER FORM USING DECKPLATE
본 발명은 데크플레이트 보 거푸집 제조장치에 관한 것으로서, 공장에서 미리 일정 단위 폭을 가지는 데크플레이트 유닛을 반입하고 상기 데크플레이트를 폭방향을 따라 복수 개를 데크플레이트의 돌기부에서 서로 연결하여 데크플레이트 메인판을 형성하는 데크플레이트 연결부와, 상기 데크플레이트 메인판의 폭방향의 양끝단에 상부 앵글을 부착하는 상부앵글 설치부와, 상기 데크플레이트 메인판을 길이방향으로 이송하면서 상기 데크플레이트 메인판을 보의 높이와 보의 폭에 해당하는 위치에서 상부로부터 절단하여 상기 데크플레이트의 하단으로부터 상기 데크플레이트의 상기 돌기부의 꺾임돌기 하단까지 컷팅한 후 절곡하는 절단절곡부와, 상기 절단절곡부에서 컷팅 및 절곡된 상기 데크플레이트 메인판의 절곡부분에 하부앵글을 부착하는 하부앵글설치부와, 상기 데크플레이트 연결부와 상기 상부앵글 설치부 사이와 상기 절단절곡부와 상기 하부앵글 설치부 사이에 각각 마련되어 상기 데크플레이트 메인판을 이송하는 복수의 이송부를 구비하여, 데크플레이트를 이용하여 보 거푸집을 제작함으로써, 유로폼이나 목재로 인력에 의해 일일이 보 거푸집을 설치하는 종래 기술에 비하여 시공이 간편하고 시공인력을 절감할 수 있으며, 다양한 폭과 다양한 경간을 가지는 보에 대응하여 데크플레이트를 이용한 보 거푸집을 간단하고 용이하게 제조할 수 있다.
The present invention relates to a manufacturing apparatus for a deck plate beam formwork, comprising: a deck plate connection unit introducing deck plate units having a certain unit of width in advance from a factory, connecting a plurality of deck plates to each other in a widthwise direction on bump units of the deck plates, and forming a deck plate main plate; an upper angle installation unit attaching an upper angle on both ends in a widthwise direction of the deck plate main plate; a cutting and folding unit transporting the deck plate main plate in a longitudinal direction, and cutting the deck plate main plate from an upper side at a position falling under the height of a beam and the width of the beam, and cutting the deck plate main plate from a lower end of the deck plate to a folding bump lower end of the bump unit of the deck plate and folding the deck plate main plate; a lower angle installation unit attaching a lower angle to a folded part of the deck plate main plate cut and folded by the cutting and folding unit; and a plurality of transporting units respectively placed between the deck plate connection unit and the upper angle installation unit and between the cutting and folding unit and the lower angle installation unit to transport the deck plate main plate. The present invention is able to manufacture a beam formwork by using a deck plate, make it convenient to construct and reduce the number of construction workers compared with the conventional technology which installs beam formworks one by one by workers with a Euro form or wood, and simply and easily manufacture a beam formwork using a deck plate by meeting the beams having various widths and various spans.
